For the sum of $40.00, payable to the Bow Lake Community Center (BLCC), each artist/crafter/vendor will receive the following:

·       100 square feet of heated floor space (@ 10’ X 10’) inside the BLCC.

·       The opportunity to set up your space on Friday, May 2, from 4 pm – 6 pm.

·       The ability to share your space with one other artist/crafter, arranged by you, not BLCC. We will need the name & contact information of a 2^nd person.

·       Advertisement of the Fair in the Strafford Community Calendar, on social media, on sandwich boards set up around the community starting 3 weeks before the fair, and on the marquees on the BLCC building .

·       Advertising of each individual participant on the BLCC website, www.bowlakecc.org, as soon as possible after you submit your registration.

·       Use of two restrooms, one is handicapped accessible.

·       Coffee, tea, and hot water will be available in the kitchen. Bring your own lunch or purchase from 7C’s Kitchen & Market across the street from the BLCC.
